Executive Director’s update

Back-to-school season is here! For people of every age, this time of year translates into new projects and major changes. That applies to Copibec as well: new services, new co-workers and new premises. So much is happening this fall!

Copibec now offers a service that lets you order accessible digital documents. We call this service DONA (which stands for DOcuments Numériques Accessibles in French) and it’s already very popular! We’ve been receiving numerous requests from teachers, parents and students looking for digital content adapted to the needs of students with learning disabilities. It's easy to submit a request! Are you a publisher who’d like to make your titles available through DONA? Contact us !

Our in-house transformation is still underway. We’re bringing some new team members onboard to better meet your needs. In the coming weeks, take a look at our website where we’ll give details about what’s been going on. Make sure you don’t miss anything by following us on Facebook and Twitter!

Just like the kids who are starting their year in a new school, Copibec will be changing its surroundings by moving to a new location! Starting in early October, our new address will be 550 Sherbrooke St. West, Suite 510, East Tower, Montreal, QC H3A 1B9. Our phone number and email address remain the same but our services may be affected during the move. Check out our news pages for the latest updates.

We’re looking forward to serving you from our new premises. Happy fall season!
