In April, Copibec welcomed a new team member, Arezki Raab, as our Copyright Licensing Representative. His main role will be to promote and negotiate licences for private organizations that want to use and share copyright-protected content. In other words, he’ll be making sure businesses have access to solutions adapted to their needs while ensuring copyright compliance.

With a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Arezki is a major asset for our Business and Government team. He has more than 7 years’ experience related to portfolio development, business opportunities, negotiations and professional relations.

Arezki’s career has led him to work in a variety of fields such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals, where the varied clienteles have very specific needs. Through that experience, he has learned to be attentive and develop his listening skills, which help him understand his clients’ reality and focus on their needs.
