Quebec Reproduction Rights Collective Administration Society (COPIBEC) hereby files notice for withdrawal of the following proposed tariff:

For the Reproduction and Authorization to Reproduce, in Canada, for the Years 2015-2019, the Works in its Repertoire by Universities and Persons Acting Under Their Authority.

This notice constitutes a public notice following section 69.1(1)a of the Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42). Alongside the publication of the notice on COPIBEC’s website, the notice will be published onto the Copyright Board’s website in a short delay.
