How can you report the content you鈥檝e used?

Use Savia, Copibec鈥檚 online rights management system, to report the content you use and get permission for other uses.

DDA by Dexero allows you to report the content you reproduce. It requires a licence from Dexero.

Repro+, created by AltiLogix to help you manage copying tasks, includes a reporting module linked directly to Copibec鈥檚 Savia system.

Reporting deadlines

Copibec must receive your returns twice a year:

  • By January 31 for content used between July 1 and December 31
  • By July 31 for content used between January 1 and June 30

Please note that content downloaded from our聽digital content platform called聽SAMUEL聽is automatically reported to Copibec.
