Rabii, Businesses and Governments Officer

Rabii, Businesses and Governments Officer

Copibec has a new permanent employee: Rabii Kharbouch has joined the Businesses and Governments team as a licensing officer.

Rabii started as an intern at Copibec in December 2019 while completing his Attestation of College Studies in office automation at Collège de Maisonneuve in Montreal. What began as a final internship extended into a series of contracts.

His talents were put to good use when he gave a hand to the Education team in processing the many user log entries. Rabii was also very helpful for the Rightsholder Services team at the outset of the pandemic.

His expertise was called upon again in the fall of 2020, when he came back as a multipurpose administrative support assistant. It was clear that his knowledge of Copibec and its various services was essential to us. In December 2020, Rabii officially joined the Businesses and Governments team on a permanent basis.

In addition to his office automation attestation, Rabii has an attestation in customer service from Collège Bois-de-Boulogne as well as a secondary school vocational diploma (DEP) in information technology support from the Centre de formation professionnelle Léonard-De Vinci. His experience as a customer service representative at National Bank and Insta Cheques make him a great asset for our team.

Copibec is very pleased and fortunate to have him on our team. Welcome, Rabii!
