The holiday season is here — familiar tune! — Santa Claus marched through downtown Montreal almost a month ago, on November 20th.

Gifts, no gifts, lists to make, yule logs, tiramisu, turkey, travel plans, COVID cases and so on.

Some people ignore this frenzy and live this period in a different way: like doing as little as possible intensely. This is the mandate I give myself, the most beautiful gift I can give myself.
