Time flies鈥攖oo fast. I can still picture myself in the summer of 2021 walking through the doors of Copibec鈥檚 offices with Gilles Herman for my first meeting with the staff. I had no idea what lay ahead, both internally and externally. It鈥檚 safe to say there was no shortage of challenges鈥攊n fact, they only multiplied. That鈥檚 an understatement. But it鈥檚 not yet time to look back or say goodbye, because my departure date hasn鈥檛 been set yet! The job posting will go up at the end of August, and I鈥檒l be overseeing the transition with the new executive team. Until then, I鈥檓 sticking to the plan!
