Since royalties from the reproduction of your works are considered taxable income, it is important to include the amounts received in your tax return.

Each year, Copibec issues Tax Statements for all rights holders who have received $50 or more during the fiscal year (Relevé 3 for provincial and T5 for federal).

If you received less than $50, this income remains taxable but no tax slip will be available.

How to download your documents

You will need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer.
It's a free software that you can download here.

1. Log in in your account. 
2. Go to the Account tab in the menu at the top left.
3. At the bottom of the drop-down menu, click on My tax statements. 
4. Your T5 (Federal) et Relevé 3 (Provincial) are availables.
